The heating is pre-set to maintain a comfortable environment throughout your stay.
No manual adjustment is required under normal conditions.

If additional warmth is needed:

• Press ADVANCE on the programmer (located in the downstairs cloakroom)
• Increase the thermostat (located between the kitchen and ground floor bedroom)
• The system will respond shortly after adjustment.

4. 🏠House Guide

Viewpoint House is designed to offer a calm, clean and well-managed environment for all guests.

To maintain this standard, the following is to be observed:

• No parties or events are permitted within the property
• Quiet hours should be respected, particularly in the evenings
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay
• The property should be kept in a clean and respectful condition throughout your stay
• The garden is available for guest use; however, the garden house is not part of the hire and should not be accessed.

Lighting

The bedside lamps are fitted with rechargeable bulbs for flexibility and convenience.

• The bulbs can be removed and charged as required
• For best performance, we recommend charging daily
• Charging ensures consistent brightness throughout your stay

5. 🚗Parking

Parking is available at the property for your convenience.

Please ensure:

• Vehicles are parked considerately at all times
• Access routes and neighbouring spaces are not obstructed
• Any local parking guidance is respected

6. 🚪Check-Out

Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

Subject to availability, late check-out may be arranged until 1:00 PM at a cost of £40.

Before departure, please ensure:

• All lights are switched off
• All appliances are turned off
• The property is returned to its check-in condition
• Bins are left organised

Keys should be returned to their original position.
If keyless entry was provided, simply ensure the door is securely closed behind you.

This helps us carry out a smooth inspection and ensures your security deposit is released promptly.

7. 🗑Waste & Bins

A bin is available for use in the kitchen.

Recycling and general waste bins are located at the front of the property.
Please ensure all rubbish is placed inside the bins and not left on the ground.

Recycling and general waste bins are collected every Monday.
